What is Executive Coaching and why does it work?
Executive Coaching is a service that helps an individual or a team to achieve a goal that is difficult for them to achieve on their own in a professional environment.
We accompany the client (individual or team) on the path from the definition of the objective they want to achieve to its attainment. The client increases his self-knowledge and broadens his perspective on himself and on different options for action. Thus, beliefs and judgements, strengths and threats, opportunities and emotions are worked on. They also take advantage of their experience and skills, so that all of this leads them to the achievement of their professional goal.

What is the process?
The client determines a professional objective
At the beginning of the Coaching process, the client's objective is established, and the Coach accompanies him or her in defining it. The objective is contrasted and reviewed throughout the entire process.
We accompany the client until the achievement of his/her goal.
The Coach is at the client's side in his/her discovery of other possibilities of action to achieve his goal, overcoming his obstacles. The Coach asks, gives feedback, listens. Does not give directions or guidance.
The client is in a continuous process of learning and discovering possibilities throughout the programme, in the service of his or her professional goal.
The client learns to look from other perspectives
The different views of the client allow you to transform your performance and your environment to achieve your professional goal.
How do we do it?
Our method is the Ontological Coaching recognised by the ICF, based on words and conversations.
The client sees him/herself in a different light (mirroring), which helps him/her to act differently than usual, to achieve what he/she could not achieve on his/her own.
We work in accordance with the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation.
We are accessible to the client and create a space of mutual trust.
We work transparently and in accordance with the ethical values of the profession and the ICF.

Who it is for?
For legal professionals and students
Individual Coaching addresses the objective of a professional or student in their professional environment or for their future career.
We are used to working through Individual Coaching with executives and middle managers from different types of law firms, companies and sectors. We also work with university students on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and other university degrees.
For teams of law professionals
Team Coaching addresses the objective of a team of professionals in connection with their organisation and other systems.
Our experience and knowledge of the legal sector allows us to understand the objectives of teams of lawyers from all backgrounds. We work with law firms, legal counsel and corporate compliance departments, as well as public entities.
