Silvia Pérez-Navarro is Special Counsel - Project Director and lawyer at Samaniego Law. Silvia has extensive experience in talent management in the legal sector, the transformation of the legal function within the company and consulting projects related to people. She combines project management at Samaniego Law with her work as a professional coach at Sparkling People Services, which she founded in 2020.
Before joining Samaniego Law, she was Managing Partner of Iterlegis Legal Staffing Solutions, a head-hunting firm for lawyers, tax advisors and compliance professionals, for permanent positions and temporary projects that Silvia launched in Spain (2008-2020).
Silvia has been practising law for fifteen years. She started her career with an internship at the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg. She then worked for five years in the Competition and EU Law department of the Brussels and Madrid offices of Clifford Chance (1994-1998). Subsequently, after working as external counsel to EGEDA (Entidad de Gestión de los Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales), she joined Linklaters in Madrid to start and lead the Competition and EU Law department during the period 2000-2007.

Silvia is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. She holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (Centro Universitario San Pablo CEU, 1990) and a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) magna cum laude in International and Community Law from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium, 1993).
Silvia is an ACC Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with ACTP training from the ICF and a specialised Diploma in Team Coaching from the European School of Coaching.
She has extensive teaching experience at Universidad Carlos III, Universidad Comillas-ICADE, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, ESADE, Centro de Estudios Villanueva and IE Business School. Silvia is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on the legal profession and is the author of several publications on this subject and on competition law, regulated sectors and European Union law in the financial press and in specialised legal journals. She is a member of the association of women in the legal sector (Women in a Legal World) and a member of the FIDE Foundation. Silvia speaks and works in Spanish, English and French.
